How can one develop the habit of waking up early?

A summarization of the key points conveyed in this video.

The primary obstacle to rising early is our tendency to prioritize personal activities in the evening, as that time feels like our own. During the evening, we have control over our time, while the day is typically consumed by work. Essentially, the evening is designated for redirecting our attention towards personal endeavors before the demands of the workday begin. The author, who wakes up at 4 o’clock in the morning, personally finds this concept appealing.

In this image, you can observe a street I used to reach my home and school. My grandmother, who relied on her car for transportation, consistently expressed her belief that I had a tendency to be untidy, asserting that I was the exclusive individual who would encounter and unintentionally step on mud and puddles.

(The street is like that still, the place that does not change, Russian economic stability)

Today, Google made an announcement stating their decision to discontinue my album and advised to download my photos. This signifies the conclusion of my initial Python product, which I personally crafted around 15 years, 7 months, and 30 days ago—precisely on October 18, 2007. Additionally, I have screenshots depicting the creation of various games and an email manager that I developed during my tenure at some company in the past.

update:

Here I will write in Russian about how I renounce my citizenship and what steps to take.

I initially believed I had lactose intolerance, but I discovered that there are two types of milk with different proteins. A1 milk is considered harmful, while A2 milk is considered beneficial for the body. However, most European cows naturally produce A1 milk due to a genetic mutation. Therefore, I plan to search for A2 milk and observe its effects on my body.
