Yesterday I discussed how to say “kiss me” in Russian. I hadn’t really thought about it. But in general it is a very long, complicated word, which you don’t really want to say many times “Po-ce-lu-i/поцелуй”, doesn’t sound easy. In other languages it sounds simpler and better.
