After falling ill for an entire week, I’m finally starting to feel better. To be honest, I saw it as an opportunity to take a break from everything, including my apartment renovation project and jiu-jitsu training. As a result, it turned out to be an incredibly relaxed week. This experience served as a reminder that I need to work on finding a balance between pushing myself and taking time to relax and set boundaries.
